| Southwinds Senior Living Community is a 55+ active adult retirement complex, located in White Plains, MD. There will four buildings each consisting of 100 apartments. The community is designed to provide three independent living buildings and one assisted living building. The buildings will provide continuum of care to its residents so that as the needs of the resident increase, the level of care can increase as well. The assisted living building will provide Alzheimer and dementia care wing to provide the most acute care to its residents. The community is in a wooded rural setting but close to shopping, medical support and all the conveniences. Phase One is complete and ready for occupancy. |
