3300 M Street, N.W. , located in Georgetown Washington D.C, is a first class three story office / retail building containing 9,500+/- square feet. The project the first in the company’s history located in the historic Georgetown received its approval from The Commission of Fine Arts in the year 1985 and construction and leasing was completed by the year 1990.
